Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve complex billing inquiries using CRM tools within 15-minute SLA
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services during support calls
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce with 99% accuracy
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates and soft skills
- Support cross-functional projects during quarterly peak seasons
- Mentor new hires during onboarding periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Spanish bilingual certification or fluency required
