Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, product questions, and service issues
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (90%+)
- Document cases and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Milwaukee residency preferred (not required)
