Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support with a warm, professional demeanor

- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Assist with facility operations including check-ins, event setup, and inventory management

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred
