Responsibilities
- Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical issues with 95% customer satisfaction
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical team to escalate complex cases

Qualifications
