Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and expertise.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving.
- Proactively cross-sell products and promote current promotions to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customer needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh, NC location.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
