Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales and returns efficiently.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and managing incoming shipments.
- Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude.
