Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome every customer with a smile and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to help them find exactly what they need.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout by stocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during your shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
