Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales and returns accurately.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing.
- Managing the cash register and maintaining accurate cash balances at the end of shifts.
- Answering customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
