Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks including billing inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
