What You Will Do
As a Part-Time Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring our logistics services run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, analyzing solutions, and providing satisfactory resolutions.
- Update customer account information and accurately record transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery updates are communicated effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and company protocols.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members during onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site shifts.
