Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Resolve technical inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM tools
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience
- Maintain expert knowledge of platform updates and features
- Support customer onboarding and training initiatives
- Track and report key performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends (flexible)
