Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, friendly greetings, and efficient checkout
- Bag groceries and assist customers with carryout services as needed
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restocking supplies and displays
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Support inventory management through price checks and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
