Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines, pour-over methods, and batch brewing
- Engage customers with personalized service, product knowledge, and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash/card payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and quality control
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture through open communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product offerings
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Reliable availability including weekends and early morning shifts
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
