Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and registration procedures
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-traffic events
- Operate AV equipment and assist with venue setups
- Coordinate with vendors and internal event teams
- Handle ticket scanning and access control systems
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout events
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
