Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to recipe standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Santa Ana location
