Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, tea, and food items according to our premium standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Operational Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including espresso machines and dining areas.
- Point of Sale: Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Inventory Management: Restock ingredients, milk, and supplies to prevent downtime during peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the store efficiently.
