Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately while upselling seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
