Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately while upselling premium items
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain inventory of coffee/supplies
- Participate in seasonal menu launches and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Strong communication skills and approachable, energetic demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
