Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries according to strict recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and answering questions.
- Maintain a pristine environment, including wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
- Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Cash management and drawer balancing at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
