Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to exacting quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and product stocking
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in ongoing coffee education and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided!
