Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages according to strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile, take accurate orders, and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and functioning properly.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily inventory checks and restocking supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with baristas and management to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Passion for Coffee: A genuine interest in coffee, tea, or the food service industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
