Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans & equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following HACCP standards
- Operate POS system accurately for cash & digital transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management & quality control of coffee products
- Participate in monthly coffee tasting & skill development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods & flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask efficiently
- Availability to work weekends, holidays & early morning shifts
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand 6-8 hours with frequent bending/reaching
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for coffee culture
