Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including sanitizing equipment and workspaces.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register efficiently.
- Clean and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong passion for coffee and the ability to learn brewing techniques quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
