Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, drip coffee, and specialty drinks, following strict recipes.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling payments.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including espresso machines, counters, and dining areas.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Restock inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
