Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive dining and drinking experience.
- Expert Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries following strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms spotless and organized at all times.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
