Responsibilities
- Expertly craft premium espresso drinks, pour-overs, and signature beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness, sanitation standards, and organized workspace
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory management and product freshness
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing techniques and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months café or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee with basic knowledge of brewing methods
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
