Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee beverages following brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain HACCP compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience required
- Proficient in espresso extraction techniques and milk steaming fundamentals
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

- Must be 18+ years old to operate espresso equipment
