Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with customers, memorizing preferences and building rapport
- Maintain spotless cleanliness across brewing stations and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in training to master seasonal menu items
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture a plus!
