Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks while maintaining speed and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, process orders accurately, and manage POS systems
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Restock inventory, manage cash handling, and uphold food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team during busy rushes while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Support opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation and end-of-day duties
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for exceptional customer experiences
- Must be 18+ to handle cash operations
