Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to perfection
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging conversations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace including equipment and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and retail products
- Adhere to all food safety standards and company protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
