Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, tea, and pastries with precision and creativity
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and receiving deliveries
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
