Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages with precision.
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock inventory, including milk, syrups, cups, and pastries, ensuring products are always available.
- Clean equipment and perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible attendance record.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Enthusiasm for coffee culture and a willingness to learn new brewing techniques and recipes.
