Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers to build loyalty and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness of all stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
