Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and artisanal methods
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and retail products
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Deep passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
