Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Assist with inventory management and quality control of coffee products
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, French press)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for customer engagement
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
