Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal menu items
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm greetings and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace including espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service counters
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations for food handling
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product offerings
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
