Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and seasonal offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Uphold strict sanitation standards for all workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience required
- Proficiency in espresso preparation techniques and latte art fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
