- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, and tea using premium beans and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace including espresso machines, brewing stations, and seating areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately while upselling seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
