Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handle returns, and promote current promotions and loyalty programs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Paid Training: Participate in structured training sessions to learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counts and order fulfillment to prevent stockouts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
