Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product signage is current and appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
