Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, fold merchandise, and ensure product displays are aligned with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling; proficiency with POS systems is a plus.
