Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure high product visibility and availability.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Ensure pricing labels and signage are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Valid ID and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and complete required paid training modules.
