Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting customer and client data into our secure database systems.
- Maintaining a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Reviewing and verifying source documents to ensure data integrity.
- Sorting and filing digital and physical documents promptly.
- Communicating with the team lead regarding daily targets and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote).
