Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and proofread all entered information to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents for efficient retrieval.
- Monitor data queues and promptly report any errors or discrepancies.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including answering phones and managing email correspondence.
- Assist in inventory management and supply organization as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous data entry or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
