Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information into our secure, cloud-based database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity and quality.
- Perform routine file maintenance, document archiving, and record organization.
- Assist in the processing and verification of invoices and purchase orders during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless data handovers and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize personal efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to company confidentiality policies and data security protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reliable computer access and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
