Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and client data into our secure databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify entered data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and files.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents according to established protocols.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisor regarding daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
