Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews, following exact recipes.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the craft.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
