Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and pastries.
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace and dining area.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
