Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to our strict quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Master our menu and brewing techniques through our structured paid training curriculum.
- Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and restocking supplies efficiently.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required; we provide the training!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
