Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all coffee stations and common areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and product stocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Continuously develop coffee knowledge through training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
